Irina Strelyuk is a board-certified, licensed naturopathic doctor whose practice is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal. She specializes in uncovering and addressing the root causes of chronic, complex conditions through a layered, individualized approach. Dr. Strelyuk views healing as a journey and believes that illness can serve as a catalyst for transformation and personal growth.

As a holistic practitioner, Dr. Strelyuk draws from both Eastern and Western healing traditions, including naturopathic medicine, bioregulatory medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, and bioenergetic medicine. She practices medicine from the understanding that disease arises from dysfunction across multiple dimensions of health: physical, bioelectric, emotional, ancestral, and spiritual. Her work focuses on restoring balance across each of these interconnected layers. She believes that true healing requires going deeper than lab findings alone.

Dr. Strelyuk approaches treatment in layers, using bioenergetic testing as a core part of every patient visit to identify priorities and guide treatment in real time. She is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, continually deepening her knowledge alongside leading practitioners in her field.

When not working with patients, Dr. Strelyuk enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, reading, listening to podcasts in the health and wellness space, traveling, and also doing a whole lot of nothing at home. She is fascinated by the human capacity to grow and discover new parts of themselves, and actively pursues this in her own personal life.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

  • I work from the understanding that we are more than our physical bodies. Physical symptoms can be the expression of imbalance on multiple levels and treating the body alone is often not enough for lasting resolution of chronic, complex conditions.

My work is centered on identifying and addressing the deeper layers driving chronic illness, not just managing symptoms. Treatment is highly individualized and evolves over time, guided by:

    • Your lived experience and symptom patterns

    • Clinical history and laboratory findings

    • Bioenergetic and functional assessment tools

Healing extends beyond biochemistry and physiology and the tools I use reflect that.

One of the bioenergetic assessment tools I use is called autonomic response testing (ART), which helps me asses where imbalances are, what is needed to address them, and the priority of treatment. Nervous system regulation is foundational to my work, as it underlies the body’s ability to heal.

The pace of care is guided by your body’s responses, not a fixed protocol. Sessions build on one another over time, and the direction of treatment evolves as you do.

  • My work goes beyond symptom management and beyond standard lab interpretation alone. I consider multiple layers of health and focus not only on what to address, but how and when to address it, supporting to body in restoring regulation rather than suppressing symptoms.

  • Yes. Many of my patients have already seen multiple providers and completed extensive testing without clear answers. I specialize in working with complex, chronic conditions where symptoms do not fully align with standard findings.

  • Yes. Many of the individuals I work with are highly sensitive to supplements, medications, homeopathics, or bioenergetic frequency medicine. This is something I take into account carefully and approach care in a way that is guided by your body’s responses, working at a pace your system can tolerate. At times, shifts in the body can bring temporary changes — these are part of how the system communicates and recalibrates.

  • I primarily work with adults. In some cases, I may see children when a parent is an established patient.

  • No. Although I am trained as a primary care provider, I function as a specialist in my practice. I ask that all patients maintain an ongoing relationship with a local primary care physician for their general medical needs.

  • Healing is not linear and varies from person to person. The focus in on creating meaningful, sustainable change rather than quick or temporary results.
