Autonomic Response Testing (ART)

Your body knows what it needs to heal. ART helps us listen.

What is Autonomic Response Testing?

Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is an advanced form of muscle testing that uses feedback from the autonomic nervous system to help identify what may be affecting your health and what is needed to support healing.

The Autonomic Nervous System

The Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) operates automatically, without conscious effort. It is in continuous communication with every cell, tissue, organ, and system in the body — regulating heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, digestion, immunity, and more.

When stressors interfere with ANS function, these imbalances may not always show up in conventional lab testing. ART is used to identify these more subtle patterns of dysregulation and understand what is driving them.

What is tested with ART?

ART assess the stressors that are interfering with autonomic nervous system (ANS) function. These can include:

  • Imprints of trauma

  • Toxic metals or environmental toxins

  • Scars, piercings, tattoos

  • Dental issues

  • Energetic disturbances

  • Bacteria, fungi, parasites, viruses

Remote ART Session

If you’ve never experience remote ART, it’s natural to wonder what a remote session actually looks like and how something so precise can happen from a distance. The processes is simpler than you might think, and every step is designed with your comfort and clarity in mind.

What to Expect: The 3-Step Process

1. Your Consultation & Voice Sample

Your appointment begins with a conversation reviewing your health history, symptoms, and lab work so that the assessment is grounded in your full clinical picture.

2. Autonomic Response Testing (ART)

Remote ART will be performed, and your personalized treatment plan developed.

3. Your Personalized Treatment Plan Review & Next Steps

Your appointment will conclude with a conversation reviewing the ART findings and your new treatment plan.

ART is for you if:

  • You have been told your labs are normal but you still don’t feel well

  • You have a diagnosis but don’t know where to go from there

  • You have many symptoms that haven’t been connected or explained

  • You have tried multiple approaches without lasting results

  • You feel like something is being missed or overlooked

  • You want to understand what your body specifically needs rather than following a general protocol
