The Internal Terrain

Your internal terrain, both physical and non-physical, determines your susceptibility to disease.

Some Factors That Disturb The Internal Terrain:

  • Chronic psychoemotional stress

  • Trauma

  • Structural imbalances

  • A sedentary lifestyle and inactivity

  • Nutritional deficiencies

  • Biochemical imbalances

  • Environmental toxicity and pollution

  • Interference fields

  • Radiation

  • Geopathic stress

When people are dealing with some form of chronic illness this concept of the internal terrain is so important to understand. Give the body an environment conducive to healing and it knowns how to heal itself. And then the healing process moved away from a constant chase of an illusive microorganism to kill and becomes more about drainage, detoxification and immune modulation to help the body return to a state of homeostasis.
